However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price within 10 days of receipt of your order. It must be returned with the original packing and in the original condition for refund. No returns on cut, sized or used walking canes. Credit will be issued to the account used to make the purchase - no cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange a return.
